Courier Service

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.

Delivery Timeframes

• Main Centres: 1–3 business days

• Outlying Areas: 2–5 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via The Courier Guy's Tracking Portal.

Shipping Address

• Double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

• Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Special Instructions

• If your delivery location is difficult to find or access (e.g., security complex, farm, or business premises), please provide additional instructions in the "Delivery Notes" section at checkout.

Insurance & Liability

• All parcels are insured in transit up to the value of the goods ordered.

• Once signed for, the parcel is considered delivered. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any damage within 24 hours.
